microsoft outlook 2003

when I try to save an attachment from an email message there is no pulldown
menu for the save as file function. How can I correct this

Please ask your question in a newsgroup which supports Outlook 2003.
This newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access.

Scroll down the list of programs on the lower left of the webpage and
find an Outlook newsgroup.
