Microsoft Outlook 2003 will not minimize

Hi there

Just wondering if anybody could help me with a little problem I'm having

We are running Microsoft Office 2003 SBE on a Microsoft Windows 2003 running
Terminal Services. The following problem only effects one user. When she
minimizes Outlook it closes it. It does not matter if you minimize using the
minimize button or by right clicking at the top of the Outlook Windows, it
still closes it.

Can anybody help

top of the Outlook Windows, it still closes it.

Chances are, it doesn't close. It minimizes to the System Tray.
Right-click on the Outlook icon in the System Tray (the notification area
next to the clock on the right side of the Task Bar) and uncheck "Hide When
Minimized".
