Since I no longer need the Office Suites, can I uninstall this softwar from
my laptop without removing any other needed software or program to run my
computer. I am not comuter saavy and I get panicky when something is not
right that was right before. Thank you in advance for any help.

Remember....
You can restore even earlier settings in Windows XP and Me by using System
Restore.

Yes. Go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs. Find the Entry for the
software that you want to uninstall, highlight it and click uninstall. Make
sure you have the reinstallation media before you do this, because if you
change your mind in the future and want that software back, you will need
that media!
