Microsoft Office Button

Hi, i want to know, how could i found "word option"?, because when i press
"Microsoft Office Button" i cannot see option.
 
You're in the right place with the office button....

Bottom Right corner next to "Exit Word".

Don't worry, I had the same issue at first.
