I think you click on Microsoft Communities, then Tools, then Newsgroups,
then type .es in the box to see a list of all the newsgroups in Spanish, or
type .es.windowsvista to see only the Spanish equivalent of this newsgroup.
Click on the newsgroup you want, and then on Subscribe
Click Tools | Newsgroups while on this server and type
..es.
in the top windows and you should see a list of the Spanish language
newsgroups.
