Problems sending e-mail with windows mail

Sorry about my english, i'm from P.R and my first language is spanish. Any
way, the problem that i had is because i cant send msg with Windows Mail, i
follow all the instruction, but i still have problem sending msg. Please is
some body there speak spanish please answer me in spanish, but if no body
there speak my language not problem i'm try to understand.

Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

What laptop issue? We only deal with Windows Mail issues in this forum.
