Look in the System Event logs using Event Viewer. There is info on Event
Viewer in help and support. You may need to be logged in as admin user to
use it. look for error messages around the time you shutdown . Double click
on as error to see more info about it. There is also a button to copy the
info to the clip board (eg so you can post any error here).
