Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update

Windows Update is informing me that this is a critical update.

I have a dial-up Internet connection and this is apparently a 248 MB
download.

Is there a CD available somewhere?

Does anyone have a URL or phone number where I could order this?

No, there does not appear to be a physical distribution alternative. What do
you do about OS Service Packs?
