Why do you think that you need this service? Are you running a Web server?
World Wide Web Publishing
[[Used for setting up a local web server. If you do not need this function,
leave it uninstalled, mainly because this service requires IIS Admin to be
running and IIS has been "popular" for crackers to break.]]

World Wide Web Publishing, a 'service' in the MMC has a status of
'starting'. I need to have its status as ' started ' not ' starting .'
When I right click on it , the options to start, restart, etc are greyed
out and not available.
