I accessed my PST file with a laptop that had Outlook 2003
and now my outlook 2000 always hangs on close. There is a
likely a free fix for it which involves contacting support
but that is a very difficult thing to do. I don't want to
do the credit card game for something that should not be
broken.
 
New stuff at PSS - if you're calling for a hotfix, you
don't have to play the credit card game ...
