Outlook hangs on close

Hi all,

When one of our users closes Outlook 2k it hangs on
the "please wait while outlook closes" message. After
searching the knowledge base I find one article (834005)
that describes our problem, and says there is a hotfix.
Unfortunately it doesn't have the hotfix lin to download
included in the email. Does anyone know where I can find
the download, or if there is a manual fix?

This issue has delayed our planned upgrade to Office
2003. We cannot continue to upgrade while this problem is
still out there.

To followup to my own post in case someone else has the
same problem.

We emailed Microsoft Support and explained our problem and
that it was holding up our Office 2003 rollout. They
emailed us the file location.

Did you find the patch to be successful?

I've found it gives MSI installation errors on some machines, trying to determine the cause of this.
