Windows XP Microsoft Graphics Coversion Filter

Hello Everyone. This will be my first thread. I hope you can help me. An associate has sent me an e-mail with 3 wordpad documents. I clicked on the 1st one and I got the info and printed it out. I went to do the same for my second and third documents and a box appears that reads :Microsoft Word 97 Conversion> Unable to load graphics conversion filter>Continue with document conversion?> I click yes and the word pad page does not add any content. Yet it did for the first one. All three files are the same: Wordpad . Can anyone help me to figure this out.

It sounds like something within the document that Wordpad is unable to render. If you have Microsoft Word, try opening them with that - or use one of the following:

Microsoft Word Viewer 2003 (Free)

Open Office (Free)
