Microsoft Fax

I recently sent a fax via Microsoft fax. I now need to view the fax to
check for accuracy of information. However, when I go to the fax console,
Paint Shop Pro opens the fax for some unknown reason. Perhaps the
association with this kind of file needs to be restored to the fax software.
Nonetheless, there is no way I can discern how to scroll to the second page
of the fax to view it in Paint Shop Pro. I cannot discern what type of file
this is so as to recreate the correct association. Any help on this would
be appreciated.
