Fax problem

When using the fax function in Windows XP Home to send a Word file, when I
click on a Preview, Paint Shop Pro opens to view the fax. This never
happened before I had reformatted my hard drive. The fax just appeared
immediately and then I would Send.

Any ideas on how to correct this? Stan

Open the fax console (start, printers and faxes, open the fax console) and
check your settings there. It also has a very good 'help' feature if it's
not immediately clear what needs to be changed.

Jone: I finally resolved the problem by working with an old fax and opening
it with "open with" and then assigning "Windows Picture & Fax Viewer" as the
viewer to always open such files. All is now well. Stan
