Microsoft Fax

I am using Microsoft Fax (came with unit) and have approx. 150 accounts. I
can fax to ALL of them but there are 4 that cannot fax to me. My phone line
is plugged into a ComSwitch 5500 and then into my computer because I have one
line for voice and fax. My operating system is WindowsXP Pro, v5.1

Is there anything I can do so that those 4 accounts can send me a fax? I'm a
printer, not a computer guy, so please try to make your anser as easy as
possible.

If it works for 146 of the 150, then the problem is at their end, not
yours.

Thanks for the response, I forgot to mention that the 4 have upgraded their
computers or added a new fax machine. That's why I thought there might be a
compatability issue with me.

Starangely, fax systems are not as 100% compatible as you would think they
would be. Occasionally you run into a pairing that just won't operate as
you would expect it to. One of the biggest problems a few years back was
with Group 4 fax systems. These operated 90 times out of 100, but they
simply wouldn't communicate through some PBX systems - to the extent that
when you tried to fax to a PBX connected machine, the number came up as
unobtainable. They are pretty obsolete now.
