Microsoft Fax Console

I am on XP Home Edition.
Using Miscrosoft Office 2000.
I recently upgraded to Sempron @ 1.7 g with 1g ram on a new mother board

My fax used to run fine. I can still receive fax.
I cannot send fax.
I get the following error message:
"Fax server information cannot be retrived.
Fax wizard will now be closed."

I have tried every trick I can think of, including, but not lilmited to,
removing the program then rebooting, then reinstalling and rebooting.

Noting worked.
I check the data base. Found nothing.
Anyone with a suggestion?
