microsoft exchange server

I keep getting a pop up window when opening Outlook 2007 asking me what is
the microsoft exchange server. Not sure what to put in that field....
 
Do you use Exchange server? if not, open the profile (right click on the
start menu icon and choose properties or go to control panel, mail) and
delete the exchange account from the profile and add one for the type of
email account you have.
