I'm using XP SP3
1.I try to find my microsoft exchange console to configured it with my new
software, it seem i can't find it anywhere in my computer.

2. I currently installed MMC 3.0 , but when i try to configured it, it seems
there's nothing in my computer. I try to run thru start>run>mmc
the console did open but there is nothing, just a blank console.

....and you'll *still* get an empty console from Start > Run > mmc.

You need to go File > Add/Remove Snap-In , Add and browse. Once sorted, save
it as an .msc

Sripanji - why are you hoping to find an Exchange console with your "new
software"? It doesn't come with XP out of the box.

Sounds like you'd be better off asking in one of the Exchange groups than
this one - maybe

microsoft.public.exchange.misc

The MMC for Exchange is part of the Exchange Server setup and will need to
be installed from that CD.

Ask and post to the Exchange newsgroup

Which would be:

microsoft.public.exchange.setup
microsoft.public.exchange.misc

(I crossposted this to both of those)
