dont know where to post this so i'l try here-
i have xp sp2 and for the last month or so when i go online the microsoft
application error reporting program has been sticking to my taskbar and i
cannot close it. i have zone alarm firewall. in 'my computer-
properties-advanced-error reporting- ' i have set the error reporting to NOT
report. yet everytime i go online, the error reporting program tries to
access the internet through my firewall which i have set to deny it. the real
problem is i switch users often so everytime a new user is signed on, another
error report taskbar window is stuck in place and cannot be closed. they

Why do you block the problem reports? You don't want to fix your
problems? Well in that case...........

If you submit these problem reports to Microsoft you may receive a
response with information on how to fix that specific problem, if it
is one that has a known solution. And if there is no known solution
then the reported problem is added to the database, and it is the
information from reported problems that is used to set priorities for
which specific issues should be investigated first.

Good luck
