Hi

i have been using this formula for a long time, updating the data table every week and recently i started getting a Ref error if the source data workbook is closed. the source is a table. Edit links sometimes says that the source workbook can not be found or it says its OK, but the ref error remains until i open the workbook. Here is one of the simple formulas, i have many in various workbooks that all seem to be doing the same thing now:

=SUMPRODUCT(--('S:\Property\Reports 2017\R&M\Combined R&M Report 07.04.2017.xlsx'!Table1[[#All],[UPRN]]=C3),'S:\Property\Reports 2017\R&M\Combined R&M Report 07.04.2017.xlsx'!Table1[[#All],[Cost inc VAT]])

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Mike
