I had this program installed successfully. Then I had to
do a complete system recovery (NOT a system restore).
I've had to re-download all my security programs, however
I am not able to download this one. I get this error
message: MicrosoftAntiSpywareInstall.exe is not a valid
Win32 application.

How can I fix this and install the program?
Any advice/suggestions appreciated!

Your installer download was corrupt and/or truncated. Empty your Temporary
Internet Files, and download a fresh copy from Microsoft by following the
download links from http://www.microsoft.com/spyware
