Microsoft Anti Spyware version 1.0.615 gcasserv executable

Startup Mechanic 1.0 has identified the following on my
computer: gcasserv added as result of the CUYDOC Virus!
( I have disabled it.)
Command
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\gcasServ.exe"

I have run AVG 7.0 Plus no infections found. Can anyone
tell me more about this and how to remove it?

If the size is 462 KB (473,928 bytes) then Startup Mechanic is wrong and the
file is legit.

Update to the current version of Startup Mechanic (2.2?) and if it still
shows a false positive on gcasServ.exe then report that to Opensoft.
