Microsoft Anti Spyware Beta 1 Fails to report spyware

When I use the spyware reporting form in MS Antispyware it fails and says and
error has occurred and to check your internet proxy settings. I have not
problem with any other programs and when I checked the settings they are what
is recommended. I have a router and am using the Windows XP firewall. Any
help on gettting it to work?

This error is most likely due to a bug in Microsoft Antispyware, which will
be fixed in beta2.

You can check the "automatically detect" box in the properties of your
Internet Connection as an attempt to fix this, but this doesn't usually
help.
