Microsoft Access

I have made an access database for keeping track of my Banks information and for reporting to my boss as per his wish. My database has a field named AGING, which is basically the difference between current date and inspection date. Aging works automatically in my access entry form but when I update my report it does not update automatically. Am doing it manually but need a permanent fix.....
