microphone input

i have use the rear mounted microphone jack and my vocal sound is coming thru
the small speaker in my laptop. i have sound coming thru my usb driven
external speakers from a presentation source , but i need both coming out of
the external speakers. i need this to do a presentation monday. help

As far as I can see:
Control Panel | Sounds_and_Audio_Devices | Sound_playback,
then choose your USB speakers from the drop-down list as the default device.
