Micorosft XP and D-Link repeater

Is there some way to set up the XP Wireless Zero
Configuration Utility to work with a D-Link repeater? I
believe a limitation in this utility prevents it from
seeing repeaters.

My computer has Linksys wireless (g) network card.

How have you setup the repeater? It has several modes. Are you sure it
is in repeater mode? (same SSID?)
