$Mft corrucpt

Hello,

I would appreciate very much any help...

I get the following message from the bottom right corner of my screen:

"The file or directory c:\$Mft is corrupt and unreadable. PLease run the
Chkdsk utility".

I have run the chkdsk utility (right click on the c drive from the explorer
window, etc mentioned on other threads) and it is not fixed...
I have tried to run it from ms-dos and nothing would be fixed.

Along with this problem I get a memory paging issue...

Hi Pablo,

Have you run "chkdsk C: /f" from the recovery console yet?

Have tried disabling the pagefile, rebooting, and restarting the pagefile
yet?
