Meta tags

I wish to insert meta-tags in my newly created web site but have read
reports suggesting that there is a bug problem using the FP2000 option.

Has anyone had trouble with this and would it be wiser to use plain HTML?

I use FP 2000 and use right click, Page Properties and add them in the lower
box. However, the app puts the Title (one of the most important ones)
towards the bottom of the head section. I have read that it should be at the
top for search engines. Also, they should be in the order of Title,
Description, keywords for max benefit. Once in, I copy and paste into new
pages editing where appropriate. Works for me.
