Messenger 6 & IE6

Hi, I currently have downloaded messenger 6 but my system
still shows version 4.7? when i go to tools/messenger on
the IE6 taskbar. Is there any way of changing that?

I would like to know this as well. I just downloaded 6 &
thought that it would just upgrade 4.7. Can anyone help?

Before loading MSN Messenger 6 I set Windows Messenger 4.7 Not to run at
startup. I also unchecked all boxes available. So far, MSN Messenger 6 has
been running perfectly.

I am currently running Windows XP Professional.
