messed up icons

I am not sure on how to word this correctly. all of my icons in microsoft
office is messed up. when i click on them instead of opening said program it
tries to open IE. can someone help me? i just want the icon to open what its
for.

If they are ALL messed up you might want to try a system restore if the
problem just occured. You could reinstall office. You could also
individually reset the target folders for each icon, but if they're ALL
messed up you probably have a bigger problem. Anyway, look in
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office\...and
see what shortcuts are there.
