Messanger is trying to connect to the internet and send my email

To All
I have winXP. I set Windows messanger not to load at startup. It always
shows in my try with an X.
I have Norton Interent Security installed and every few minutes NIS shows a
message:
"An attempt to send the information you specified as "Email Address" over
the Internet has been made to 207.46.107.102. And I get to choose if I
permit or block.
It pops in my face and it is very annoying.
I am sure it has to do with the messanger becuase as it happens, the icon of
the messanger in the tray is showing activity instead of the red X
I can I disable this behavior?
What is going on?

Thanks
Mosh

Any solution? what should I do?
I read somewhere about checking off on Norton Anti virus not to scan
messanger messages, which I did and it does not seem to help
Thanks
