Messaging Interface Unknown Error When trying to Compose an Email

I keep getting a "Messaging Interface has returned an unknown error. If
problem persists restart Outlook". I was running Outlook 2002 and just
upgraded to 2003 when the problem occurred. I loaded SP3. I rebooted my
system. I am running on a microsoft exchange and have loaded Outlook
Connector without any issue. I can recieve emails, but I can't reply or
start any new emails. I deleted everything in my Sent and Deleted folders.
I have about 11k in my Contacts. Everything else is empty. Any
suggestions??? Thanks!!

It is as if I don't have a pst file. I can't locate one, even when I turned
on hidden files on Search. I try to run Scanpst but it asks me for a file
name cox. I don't know what to put in there. Should I reload Outlook?

Why would you expect to have a PST file when you are running against
Exchange?
How did you "upgrade?" In place upgrades of Outlook are never a good idea.
You must always create a new Outlook profile form scratch when you attempt
one.
"Reloading" Outlook never helps.

I just loaded 2003 from my cd. It noticed I had Office 2002 adn deleted it
then installed 2003. Ever since I can not Reply, Forward, on Start a new
email. I can recieve emails, delete emails just not compose.
