Messages with attachments are coming up as spam

I'm using Outlook 2003 and on ocassion (like today) emails with attachments
don't come through. They get labeled as spam and there is nothing there. It
only does it for my pop3 email account and not for the same emails sent to my
hotmail account. I can't even forward emails from my one account to another.
When I go to the pop3 email site, the messages are there just fine... so it
seems like it has to do with Outlook.

Ideas?

if your mail is considered as spam, you should find them in the Junkmail
folder.
right-click them and choose to "add sender to safe senders list"
