I have many clients experiencing the same issue. Intermittently, users will
send mail only to have it stay in the outbox. Once they close and reopen
Outlook 2003 the mail sends. When this manifests I can successfully telnet
to port 25 of the mail server. I have tried disabling Symantec AV to no
avail. Any assistance would be appreciated
