Emails stuck in outbox

Intermittently I have problems both with sending and receiving emails.

When it occurs the send/receive process with the exchange server completes
successfully with no errors, however the mail in my outbox is still sitting
there waiting to be sent, and I do not receive emails intermittently during
this intermittent fault.

This has only been occuring since upgrading to SP1. Any ideas? Downgrading
back to SP0 is an option but need to solve it for good rather than temporary
fix.

Diane,

I unchecked the postmark option on Friday, I have not experienced any
problems since doing this, and I hope I am not jinxing it now, any idea why
this causes issues? (if it is infact this that has fixed it?)
