Is there a way to have a rule in Outlook 2003 that
prevent downloading a message if it is not addressed to a
specific person, like we have with Ooutlook Express 6?
In OE6, you can create a rule like this:
"Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the To or CC line contains '(e-mail address removed)'
Do not Download it from the server
Can we create the same kind of rule with OE2003?
