I'm working in an large enterprise system running Exchange 2003, Windows XP
with (aurgh) roaming profiles, and Office 2002/2003 with Outlook. User
called to report that several users from our domain have their messages going
directly into the Deleted Folder. This particular user has a laptop with
Office XP, current service pack. The user is not using Cached Exchange Mode.
When this started, the user deleted all the Rules that he had setup,
thinking that he may have mistakenly set one too restrictive. Even with ALL
the rules deleted, the messages still head for the Deleted Folder. I've
check everything I can think of, and short of creating a rule that
specifically sends messages from those users to the Inbox, I'm getting
stumped.
Any MVP have a few thoughts on this, besides a total reload of the Office
Suite and nuking the profile (again)?
Thanks!
