when replying to an email, the following error box pops up and says "One or
more messages in your Outbox do not have a valid account specified. Would
you like to use your default account to send these messages?" You can then
click yes and it will send but it sent 3 emails to the inteded recipient. If
you restart Outlook and then try to reply, the first time it works fine but
after that it will error the above error. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check to see what account received those messages. If it looks correct, you
should consider creating a new mail profile and redefining your account(s)
in the new profile. The new profile can be configured to use your current
Outlook data so you'll lose nothing.
