Is it possible to restore messages that were deleted due to imcorrect aging
parameters used while auto archiving in MS Office Outlook 2003? I have lost
all my filed messages and I am desperate!

Open your Archive file and drag/drop the messages into your default mail
store.

Do you really mean 'deleted', or as Milly implies in her answer, that you've
just moved them to an archive folder? In which case the answer is simple, as
Milly says.
Are you using Exchange Server as your mail server? If so, and you think
you've REALLY accidentally deleted your mail (and it's not just in your
'deleted Items' folder) you could click on Tools | Recover Deleted Items, and
get them back from the Exchange Server, which typically holds deleted e-mail
for 30 days.
