When I go to open my Excel, I get the prompt listed
below. I have to keep hitting ok several times before my
program loads. Can someone help me identify how to remove
this so I do have to keep hitting ok. I appreciate your
time.

'C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Report Designer
Component\crptxls.xla' could not be found. Check the
spelling of the file name, and verify that the file
location is correct.

If you are trying to open the file from your list of most
recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the
file has not been renamed, moved or deleted.

that looks like the crystal reports addin for excel. try going to
tools/add-ins and uncheck it. i'm not sure that will stop it from looking
for it though, there may be another list that it has to be removed from...
so if that doesn't work try searching the registry for that filename and
removing the references to it.
