message while shutting down..has name??

some pc's that i have been speak the name of the
owner when logging on and off.
How to.

They are using (logging into) MSN Explorer. You'll find it under All
Programs.
 
only colored butterfly is the MSN8 icon in my
all programs list... i am using xp
 
I have both on my pc. internet explorer and msn8. I am
using broadban connection. Very current equipment
(intel) and all that i want to do is here the
logoff/login say my name in the speakers....
