Message stuck in my out box

I have a message which in my outbox which is stuck and is stopping me sending
out messages and can have messages coming in though. ever time i try to send
it say an error has ocurred i have tried to delete the message but it is will
not go away?

can anyone help

If you have read some posts here then you all would have found the solution

Microsoft has released a KB article addressing the issue of messages stuck
in the Outbox in Vista Windows Mail:

Open the Outbox folder. Move as many of the Outbox messages
as you can to he Drafts folder. If any won't move or can't be deleted,
apply this Microsoft fix:
