Message sent, keeps going into recipeints mailbox over 50 x

My recipient is accusing me of spamming them with the same message over and
over. The message I sent her went once, went incomplete and now keeps going
into her ibbox. I cannot find the message in my outbox, it has gone. I
recalled the message from sent items, do not see it sitting on any POP
server...it is like it is coming from nowhere!

Help!!
 
User needs to contact the folks (ISP?) that run her mail server and ask them
to nuke the message in question. (Basically of the download a message is
interrupted or can't be deleted for some odd reason, outlook will keep
downloading it.)

ps - if she has browser access to her mailbox, she should be able to delete
the message that way as well.
