Message rules backup?

I am using Winmail in Vista Ultimate.
Is there a way to back up/save/export the email/news message rules?

They are stored in the registry.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Rules]
You can run regedit and export this key.
