Outlook Express to Windows Mail

I'm going from a WinXP/Outlook Express desktop to a Vista/WinMail laptop.

I would like to transfer all my folder structure, message rules and account
settings.

Is this possible?

Thanks Frank. Thats exactly what I need for the messages.

But what about the message rules and account settings? I've got a bunch of
rules and several accounts...

I used Vista's Windows Easy Transfer applet, which transferred
everything including rules and account settings.
