message PCL XL Error, IllegalMediaSize?

trying to print on A5 Paper (uses a macro to insert new info onto same
template and print one after the other) They come out fine but on every
alternate page a balnk page (except for the error message) comes out with
this message at the top: PCL XL Error
Warning: IllegalMediaSize
What Is this and how do I Stop it!!!!!! Thanks
