message has not been fully downloaded from the server

I just started having an issue with some emails. I sent a few emails that
have the message header icon next to them (in the Sent Items and the Inbox).
I could open some of them and the icon went away. I still have one in my
Inbox that I copied myself on and I get the following message:

This message has not been fully downloaded from the server. Would you like
to mark it for download?

I click Yes but nothing happens. I then found out that the recipients I
sent to are also having this problem with the emails I sent them. I'm
running Outlook 2007 SP2 and Exchange 2007 SP1 w/Hotfix 8.

I can open these email from OWA.

Any ideas on what caused this? It seems to have gone away but am curious to
know why it did this. I also tried to disable cached mode in Outlook. When
I did this I could open the message with no prompt to mark for download but
the body of the email is blank.

Thanks,

Jaycee

Have you found a resolution to this issue? I have one user that is having
this issue. When he send emails he producing this issue for the recipients.
He had this issue some time back but right now I can't remember what I did to
fix it. If I open up OWA the email appear fine. Anyway, if you have any
helpful info it would be appreciated.

As I suspected, it appears to be a corrupt .ost file for the sender of the
messages. To resolve this issue I renamed the .ost file on the sender's
machine. Once you rename the file Outlook will automatically recreate the
file. If you not aware the .ost file the local cache file created when
Outlook is running in Cache Mode.
