I configured MS Outlook (2003) to get mail messages (inbox, sent,... etc.)
from an Exchange server and it only downloaded the inbox. How tell Outlook to
download all the others?

I configured as a Exchange and it started automatically the transfer process
but it did only inbox. I've checked the account parameters and it seems to be
fine

Yes, I can see sent messages in OWA. Just inbox is empty

If you go to Tools - Account Settings, under email, how many items are listed
there? What is in the Type column for each?

Hi F.H. I found it! It "copied" the sent entries fro Exchange to another mail
group. Lets say my inbox exchange messages were MOVED to a folder group
"Personal Folder" and the sent messages were copied to "Jose " group folder.
I do not know why it did that way, but I have now all the messages.
Thanks for your cooperation!

Sounds like you may have the delivery location set to a PST. It should be the
Exchange mailbox. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. What do you see in the
"Deliver new e-mail to the following location" drop-down at the lower left?

Brian, There are two locations to deliver. One (and the first one) is the
right one that I am using for sending/receiving, the second one seems to be
an old folder in my Outlook that was there by the time of defining Exchange
account. Now I wish to delete it but I can't find the way without delete
Exchange account definition too. If I delete Exchange account, nothing
happens with my emails? I guess no, do you?

You didn't answer the question. Is your delivery location set to the Exchange
mailbox or a Personal Folders file? If the latter, why do you have the
reference to the Exchnage server? Your original problem said you were using
an Exchange server but indicated you were connecting to it via POP. Why are
you doing that? Why are you not connecting to it with the Exchange account?
POP doesn't know anything about folders on the mail server.

I did not say I configured as a POP server, but Exchange server. I connect to
Exchange server without problems and the only issue now is that appears two
delivery location in the account managed by Exchange. Want to get rid off the
second delivery location. Outlook is sending and receiving propperly

It is not possible to have two delivery locations for the Exchange account.
Clearly I do not have a good grasp of what the problem is or, at least, what
you're trying to describe, even after re-reading the entire thread.
