Message forwarding without including original text

How do I forward a received mail without including the
original text?
 
Go to Tools | Options | E-mail Options and adjust your settings in the "On
replies and forwards" section.

Never mind...I was thinking of replies, not forwards. Vince Averello and
another poster told you correctly that you'd need to delete the text
manually.
