Message details not showing

We have recently had an upgrade and since that time, whenever I print an
email from my sentbox or move the sent item to another folder, I can't see
the details (eg to, from, time, subject etc). I only get the message.

Can anyone help?

Can you provide a modicum of detail, such as Outlook version, IE version, etc.?

And the version of IE is?? IE 7 has had some issues which is why I ask.

IE7 produces this side-effect. Many people uninstall it because of that.

If I uninstalled V7 and then reinstalled it, do you think that would
work?

Try it and see. I'm not sanguine about the outcome, however.
